1 Definitions and Scope

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the taka999 platform and all its associated services. The following terms used in this document carry specific meanings:

• "Platform" — taka999's website, mobile application and other digital services.
• "User" or "Member" — a person who has registered on taka999 and is using its services.
• "Account" — the individual profile and balance registered in each user's name.
• "Wager" or "Bet" — participation in a game or sports event by staking money on an outcome.
• "Bonus" — additional credits or benefits provided to members by the platform.

These Terms apply to all users, whether new members or long-standing ones. By accessing the platform or starting to use any service, the user acknowledges that they have fully accepted these Terms.

2 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The minimum age to use any service on taka999 is 21 years. No person under the age of 21 may open an account or use the platform. taka999 may request necessary documents at any time to verify age.

2.2 Accuracy of Personal Information

The name, date of birth, mobile number and other details provided at registration must be completely accurate and truthful. If any false or incorrect information is provided, taka999 reserves the right to immediately suspend or close the account.

2.3 Single Account Policy

Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts exist under the same person's name, all of them will be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited. Multiple members from the same household may create separate accounts, however taka999 reserves the right to investigate cases involving the same device or IP address.

2.4 OTP Verification

OTP verification via mobile number is part of the registration process. The account will not be activated until verification is complete. The same mobile number cannot be used for more than one account.

3 Account Management

3.1 Security Responsibility

It is the user's own responsibility to keep their login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. If a user believes their account details have become known to someone else, they should change their password immediately and notify the support team. taka999 is not responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorised access by a third party.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

Before a withdrawal, or when a certain amount is exceeded, taka999 may request a national ID card or other identity documents. Withdrawals may be held if the verification process is not completed in time. This is in the interest of security and financial protection.

3.3 Account Transfer Prohibited

No account may be sold, transferred or rented to another person. Violation of this condition will result in permanent closure of both accounts.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Deposits on taka999 can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank and other major commercial banks). The minimum deposit amount by any method is ৳200. Cryptocurrency or any other method is not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawal methods are the same as deposit methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer.

4.3 Source of Funds

The user must confirm that the deposited funds are their own and come from a legitimate source. Funds sent from a third party's account are not accepted. In cases of suspicious transactions, taka999 reserves the right to conduct an inquiry and may temporarily suspend the relevant account.

4.4 Transaction Cancellation

Once a bet or game round has started, the staked amount for that round cannot be refunded. If a transaction fails due to a technical error, please contact the support team.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 150% bonus is available on your first deposit at taka999, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, if someone deposits ৳1,000 they will receive a ৳1,500 bonus and their total balance will be ৳2,500. The bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before withdrawal, meaning bets totalling ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500 must be completed.

5.2 Bonus Usage Rules

• Bonuses may only be used on designated games and bets.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred from one account to another.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless stated otherwise.
• The original deposit cannot be withdrawn before the bonus wagering conditions are met.
• taka999 reserves the right to change or withdraw any bonus offer.

5.3 VIP Cashback

VIP members receive cashback on their weekly net losses. Bronze tier members receive up to 0.5%, Silver tier up to 1.0% and Gold tier up to 1.5% weekly cashback. For example, if a Silver member's net loss in one week is ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 1.0% = ৳200 cashback.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

If any member attempts to take unfair advantage of bonuses (through multiple accounts, false information or manipulation), the relevant account will be closed and the bonus forfeited.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Games and Sports Betting

taka999 offers various types of games including slots, live casino, sports betting and fishing games. Each game has its own specific rules which are displayed before the game begins. Following those rules is mandatory.

6.2 Betting Decisions

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. In sports betting, a bet cannot be placed after an event has started unless the live betting option is available.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a connection is lost or a server problem occurs while a game is in progress, the system will resume from the last saved state of the game. If any loss occurs as a result, notify the support team — a decision will be made after reviewing the situation.

6.4 Finality of Results

Once the result of a game or match is finalised, the result provided by taka999 is valid. For sports betting, the result announced by the official or organising body is followed.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and violation of any of them will result in permanent account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Manipulative betting for the purpose of meeting bonus conditions (bonus abuse).
• Using bots, scripts or automated software to influence game outcomes.
• Using the platform for money laundering.
• Conducting transactions using third-party payment methods.
• Any activity intended to harm another user.
• Attempting to interfere with platform security or hacking.
• Verifying an account using a false identity or documents.

If any of the above violations are detected, taka999 reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities.

8 Limitation of Liability

8.1 Service Availability

taka999 makes every effort to keep the service running 24 hours a day, however temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, network issues or unforeseen circumstances. taka999 is not liable for losses resulting from such interruptions.

8.2 Third-Party Services

taka999 is not directly responsible for issues arising from payment gateways or game providers (such as Evolution, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI). However, every effort will be made to resolve such issues.

8.3 Betting Losses

Betting and gaming inherently carry the risk of financial loss. taka999 does not bear responsibility for any financial loss incurred from bets placed at the user's own discretion.

9 Personal Information

The collection, storage and use of users' personal information is described in detail in our Privacy Policy. That policy is an integral part of these Terms. taka999 uses SSL encryption and modern security technology to keep user information safe.

Personal information is not sold to any third party. However, information may need to be disclosed in response to a request from authorities due to legal obligations.

10 Account Closure

10.1 Closure at the User's Request

Any user may request closure of their account at any time. Any available balance must be withdrawn before closure. Bonus funds may be forfeited due to incomplete wagering conditions.

10.2 Closure by taka999

taka999 may close an account without prior notice if there is a breach of the Terms, suspicious activity or evidence of fraud. In such cases, a separate investigation will be conducted regarding any forfeited funds.

10.3 Inactive Accounts

If there are no transactions for 12 consecutive months, the account will be marked as inactive. The account can then be reactivated through the support team.

11 Responsible Gaming

taka999 always encourages responsible and recreational betting. If you feel stressed while playing or find it difficult to control your spending, please read our Responsible Gaming Guide and use the deposit limit or self-exclusion feature.

• Only bet what you can afford — do not bet with borrowed money.
• Betting is not an alternative to professional income.
• If you notice signs of addiction, request a temporary suspension of your account.
• Do not allow anyone under 21 years of age to use the platform.

12 Changes to Terms

taka999 reserves the right to partially or fully change these Terms at any time. When changes are made, a notice will be posted on the platform and the update date will be noted on this page.
